We want you to love what you get from Bobolon Press. Standard items can be returned within 45 days for a 90% refund—we’ll keep a little to cover handling, but the rest comes back your way.

Vintage items, however, are final sale. These are one-of-a-kind finds, and part of the charm is their history—scratches, stories, and all. That said, if something arrives and it clearly didn’t match our description, reach out. We’re humans, not robots, and we’ll make it right.

For most in-stock goodies, we ship from HQ within 2 business days. If there’s any holdup, we’ll let you know via email.

For vintage treasures and unusually shaped wonders (think: oddly precious or awkward-to-ship things), we’ll reach out after your order to sort out the best shipping plan. Speed, style, and cost—we’ll customize it to your liking so your item arrives safely and sanely.

Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop the whole journey.

Sometimes! If we have certificates, provenance, or other official bits, we’ll include that right in the item description. If we don’t, we’ll still share everything we know—especially if it helps support a claim about the item’s origin, era, or maker.

We do our homework and aim to be as accurate as possible. If we say it’s that thing, it’s because we genuinely believe it is. And if there’s any uncertainty, we’ll be upfront about that too.
