Shipping Basics
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico using USPS and UPS—whichever makes the most sense for your order. Most in-stock items ship out from our studio within 2 business days. Once your package is on its way, delivery time will depend on the carrier and your location. We wish we could hand-deliver it ourselves (with a high-five and a baked good), but alas, we must trust the postal gods.
If something is out of stock, we’ll reach out promptly to update you and offer options.
Vintage & Oddball Items
Some vintage items (and a few of our creatively shaped new ones) require extra love—and a bit of extra logistics. When we can confidently estimate shipping, we’ll include it on the product page. If it’s a one-of-a-kind or unusually sized piece, we’ll reach out after your order to confirm the best shipping method, timing, and cost based on your preferences.
In short: we’ll make sure your treasure gets to you safely, and you won’t be left guessing.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy. If you’re not, here’s how we handle it:
Standard items may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a 90% refund. (We keep a small restocking fee to help cover the ride back.)
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 72 hours.
Vintage items are final sale, since they’re one-of-a-kind and can’t be easily replaced. That said, if something arrives in a condition that doesn't match the description, please email us and we’ll make it right.
